Job Summary
Fraser Health is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive, trauma-informed care at our Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) in Port Moody, B.C . Located within the Tri-Cities, Port Moody offers access to parks, transit, and a vibrant, diverse community. The UPCC delivers timely, person-centered, culturally safe primary care through a holistic, team-based model including physicians, nurses, social workers, and other health professionals.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat undifferentiated diseases and conditions within your scope of practice.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, monitor ongoing care, and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals, and provide patient and family education.
- Prescribe medications within regulatory standards.
- Supervise and evaluate staff, participate in research, and contribute to health policy and population health initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Recent relevant clinical experience.
