Senior Business Analyst – Digital| Newmarket

We are seeking a strategic and tech-savvySenior Business Analyst to drive the design and delivery of digital solutions that improve staff, resident experiences and business outcomes.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders, leveraging modern analysis techniques including AI-enhanced tools to develop requirements, process improvements, and solution designs. Focus areas will include Solution design and stakeholder engagement, AI-driven analysis, process improvement and framework development and delivery support.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead solution design and requirements gathering for digital initiatives
  • Use modern analysis techniques and AI tools to optimise processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, delivery managers and partners to ensure business value
  • Develop scalable frameworks and standards for analysis and documentation
  • Support testing, change management, and continuous improvement efforts

About you

With a relevant BA qualification and five plus years of senior business analysis experience in complex environments, you will have a strong background in enterprise systems, such as Dynamics365 CE or F&O. You have a proven track record in solution delivery and stakeholder engagement along with expertise in reusable frameworks, process improvement, and leading independent analysis initiatives. Our preference is for industry background from healthcare, aged care or service-focused sectors. Other skillsets will include:

  • Proven experience in business analysis within digital transformation environments
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced analysis tools and techniques
  • Ability to work across multiple value streams and adapt to evolving priorities
