This hybrid contract role requires three (3) days at the Guelph office or any GTA office locations as directed by the client. Candidates’ resumes must include their first and last names.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse needs.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Skills and Experience
Mandatory (5+ years):
- Lead business analysis to assess problems and document requirements.
- Conduct business modeling, use case modeling, data modeling, and process flow analysis.
- Facilitate requirement sessions, manage backlogs, create epics and user stories, and support prioritization.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Microsoft DevOps.
- Knowledge of AODA standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
- Ability to create future state lean processes and manage change.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools and web development.
