Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and ensure we have the right job for you!
Interviews: (the average number of interviews is 3, but it may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager, and others related to your future role. We will discuss your experience, skills, the position, and expectations. You will also learn about Amaris: our culture, roots, teams, and career opportunities!
Case Study: Depending on the position, you may be asked to take a test, such as role play, technical assessment, or problem-solving scenario.

Job Description

As a Manager at Amaris Consulting, you will navigate the following 3 core dimensions :
Business Development & Client Relations:
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling.
- Coordinate meetings to identify projects where our expertise can be valuable.
Recruitment & Team Leadership:
- Lead recruitment of your consultant team by seeking top talent with relevant expertise.
- Foster growth and skill development for your consultants across various projects, ensuring their long-term progression.
- Maintain regular check-ins with your consultants to ensure project success and satisfaction.
Business Unit Oversight:
- Manage your business unit focusing on its overall health and success.
- Oversee Profit & Loss assessments to proactively address potential challenges.
- Develop strategies to improve turnover and contribution margin.
Your profile:
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Desire to work in a dynamic and international environment.
