Job Description
The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) seeks a Solution Architect – CRM to lead data migration into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of D365 CE, ensuring system performance and security.
- Design and implement customizations, integrations, and workflows aligned with business needs.
- Oversee data migration, including full and delta loads, ensuring quality and integrity.
- Provide post-migration support and optimize data management processes.
Mandatory Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a CRM architect in Dynamics 365 CE, data migration, and solution integration.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE functionalities, CRM applications, data modeling, and Azure data services.
Evaluation Criteria
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE – 30 points.
- Azure Data Migration/ETL/SQL – 30 points.
- Data Migration Test Automation – 30 points.
- Azure Platform knowledge – 10 points.
