As the Manager, Marketing Operations & Performance at Caseware, you’ll lead and manage our global Marketing Technology stack to ensure the tools and technology used by the global Marketing team drives efficiency and continuously improves marketing processes such as, but not limited to, database health and management, lead processing, marketing automated programs, campaign execution and efficiency, project management and all aspects of marketing reporting including ongoing monitoring of KPI performance.
Your goal will be achieving and maintaining a smooth operation of our Marketing database to maintain data integrity; to successfully build and manage marketing’s global reporting system; the implementation of new technology and systems with proper training and documentation and; manage/monitor existing systems to eliminate errors, risks and systems failures. Your success will ensure the right tools and technology are in place, properly integrated, and used appropriately to improve marketing effectiveness and enable modern marketing at scale. We do this by activating, integrating and optimizing technology, best practices, and workflows.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to balance multiple priorities and collaborate with global teams to drive operational excellence.

This position is available to all applicants residing and eligible to work in US (remote) or in Toronto, Ontario (hybrid 3x work from office).
What you will be doing:

  • Database Management and Enrichment:
  • Build, execute, and maintain a database enrichment program to clean, organize, segment and optimize our Marketing automation platform, HubSpot
  • Serve as the primary global administrator for HubSpot, supporting regional and international teams
  • Work with other operation teams to manage system workflows, address errors and introduce new process to improve operational efficiency for marketing data
  • Manage lead import process and workflow management for efficient distribution to commercial teams
  • Identify gaps in processes, workflows, technologies, data and provide strategic recommendations/facilitation for remediation
  • Own customer and prospect database and perform analysis for marketing programs leveraging other data points across the organization – i.e. product level data, usage data, etc
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Develop and maintain reports on database growth and health; campaign KPIs, email performance, marketing revenue targets
  • Create and manage dashboards and templates to standardize marketing reporting for global teams across systems
  • Provide regular updates on performance and own overall marketing reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Work cross-functionally with corporate and regional teams to streamline reporting
  • Marketing Technology Management:
  • Oversee the global marketing tech stack, ensuring effective evaluation, implementation, and integration of tools
  • Document and develop training material, processes, updates, and best practices to enable team adoption and maximize tool usage
  • Project manage the resource gathering, technology identification, vetting and build of MarTech systems needed to support various business use cases
  • Produce, maintain, and optimize self-serve documentation, support materials, and one-pagers, ensuring accurate tool use
  • Own the vendor management of our technical agency partners to achieve business objectives
  • Implement and manage a process to monitor system access, adoption, errors and performance; roadmap optimization milestones

  • Streamline lead management workflows to ensure smooth data flow between marketing campaigns and CRM systems
