Responsibilities
- Support and eventually lead files related to class actions and international arbitration.
- Draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and manage complex files with increasing autonomy.
- Plead in French before the courts and support interprovincial matters, including Quebec mandates for the firm’s other offices.
- Actively contribute to strategy development, client relationship management, and team collaboration.
- Help foster a positive team culture built on feedback, curiosity, initiative, and sound legal judgment.
- Full-time permanent position based in Montreal.

Qualifications
- Bilingual with excellent spoken and written French; must be able to plead in French.
- Strong academic background.
- Previous experience at a national or large firm is an asset.
- Interest or experience in commercial litigation, class actions, and/or international arbitration.
- Proven ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and take on responsibilities quickly.
- Team spirit, openness to feedback, and desire to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
