Position Summary
Work with Business Development and Project Management teams to prepare proposals, budgets, estimate schedules and provide contract details related to Phase I/BE study programs for new and existing clients.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for Phase I/BE study budget generation, including the identification, sourcing and costing (external and internal) services, and accurately assessing budgetary components
- Complete Request for Proposals (RFP) documents received from the client
- Lead and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop customized proposals consisting of clear and detailed scope of services and associated budget
- Ensure the proposals are submitted on time, and track departmental KPIs
- Collaborate with BDs and PMs on new business opportunities and manage activities around outstanding quotations, Confidentiality Agreements, Contracts etc.
- Update the database specified by the finance and sales team
- Participate in bid-defence meetings
- Update and maintain all relevant departmental reports and databases; ensure that they are updated accurately and issued on time (includes quotation and contract templates, weekly tracking reports, financial reports etc.)
- Prepare and maintains proposal and contracts folders according to department procedure guideline
- Maintain a good understanding of regulatory guidelines (TPD, FDA, EMEA, MHRA, ICH, TGA, ANVISA) and understanding of basic pharmacokinetics and statistics
- Prepare budget proposals, including statement of works, budget, implementation schedules and any other contractually required documentation
