ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you passionate about launching solutions at the intersection of customer data and AI strategy? We are seeking a Customer Data and AI Product Consultant with experience in Customer Data Platforms, and commercial marketing and sales enablement to lead strategic data and AI initiatives that drive business impact.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions, manage technical execution, and activate customer data to power personalized experiences. If you are excited to use AI to accelerate growth and deliver measurable results, we want to hear from you.

The Work:

  • Lead delivery of Customer Data & AI projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through deployment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to define and execute Data & AI solutions aligned with client goals.

  • Design conceptual architectures to illustrate compelling Data & AI solutions, blending build vs buy components while aligning to the latest responsible AI standards

  • Support business development by preparing proposals and presenting to clients, helping secure new AI initiatives.

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and optimize solutions post-deployment.

  • Assist in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring alignment on goals and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Stay current with AI trends and technologies, ensuring the integration of best practices and innovation into AI solutions.

Qualifications

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, technical product management, or similar roles, with a focus on implementing Data and AI solutions across both strategic and technical areas.

  • Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools to deliver insights that drive marketing decisions and customer engagement.

  • Proven ability in product management functions, from defining product vision and strategy to overseeing development, launches, and measuring success with KPIs.

  • Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, data science, engineering) to drive successful project delivery.

  • Clear communication skills, with experience presenting technical concepts to senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment throughout the project.

  • Experience with contributing to internal team development, mentorship, and growing practice capabilities.

  • A University degree is required for this position.

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) preferred.

  • Experience in consulting or related business services.

  • Experience in business development, including assisting with proposals and presentations to clients to secure new opportunities.

  • Experience presenting at industry conferences or contributing to publications in customer analytics, data, or AI is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and customer analytics tools.

  • Exposure to designing AI solutions and working with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) to create multi-modal outputs (text, image, video).

  • Relevant certifications in Data & AI services (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS, Databricks) are a plus.

  • Program management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe, etc.) are beneficial.

  • Experience with business & analytics platforms such as PowerBI, Looker, and Tableau is a plus.

  • Exposure to digital analytics implementation, including tagging for web, paid media, and third-party applications.

  • Understanding of data science concepts like NLP, deep learning, and computer vision, applied in real-world projects.
