About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to spearhead our growth in Indonesia, one of our key strategic markets. This senior position will be responsible for driving business development, building strategic relationships across the ecosystem, and establishing Liminal as the go-to wallet infrastructure provider in Indonesia. The role reports to the SVP, Sales and will work closely with our global team while having significant autonomy in developing the Indonesian market.
Responsibilities
Strategic Market Development
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Indonesia
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders including regulators, industry associations, and enterprise prospects
- Represent Liminal at industry events and conferences as a thought leader
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks
- Provide market intelligence and insights to shape product strategy and localization needs
Direct Sales Leadership
- Drive new business acquisition across all segments, with a focus on enterprise accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure for strategic accounts
- Lead commercial negotiations and structure complex deals
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives in prospect and client organizations
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets consistently
