As an Assistant Store Manager, you will report to the Store Manager and support in creating an inclusive team environment that fosters positive connections. You will strive to achieve store success by leading the team to meet sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Adaptability to various situations, environments, challenges, and work schedules is essential for success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure store meets company objectives and KPI targets.
  2. Provide leadership by managing policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
  3. Recruit, manage, develop, and train sales-focused, customer-oriented, and fashion-conscious talent.
  4. Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment that inspires customers.
  5. Maintain open communication with Store Manager and District Manager.

Qualifications:

  1. 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
  2. Proven success in leading teams to achieve sales targets.
  3. High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
  4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
  5. Availability to work weekends and evenings.

Additional Information

Salary: $37,000 – $45,000
