Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week – subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Deliver an Exceptional Partner Experience
• Ensure all donations align to the Global Community Investment Policy and are responded to within the 90-day SLA as defined by the Enterprise Social Impact team.
• Work with Director, to ensure all reporting is up to date and Smart Simple SLA is being met by all team members.
• Actively collaborate across ambition areas and regional teams to bring our social impact partners and strategy to life.
• Practice strong due diligence on all charitable partnerships to ensure minimal exposure to brand reputational risk.
• Support an exceptional employee experience
• You are a role model, coach and champion for our Leadership Model. You consistently demonstrate empathy, kindness and take the time to understand circumstances, motivators and concerns in all interactions with employees, colleagues and clients.
• Support the creation and execution of reporting and briefing documents for executives and leaders at client location.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Communication, Decision Making, Emotional Intelligence, Group Problem Solving, Internal Communications, Knowledge Organization, Long Term Planning, News Media, Public Relations (PR), Teamwork
Ideally, someone with following experience:
• Project Management
• Budget Management
• Strong relationship skills
• Events or sponsorships experience (even at a junior level)
