We are undertaking a large-scale enterprise project to enhance personalization capabilities across our stack, including targeted propensity-driven lists, marketing journeys, and sales conversion funnels. This role is within the Engineering function of the Pega CDH MarTech Application team, focusing on identifying business needs and translating them into revenue-driving decisioning implementations within Pega CDH.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for APIs, decisioning flows, and campaign logic.
- Support regression and integration testing across Pega CDH and other MarTech platforms.
- Collaborate with the wider QA team to translate test cases into automated suites.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration and test execution monitoring.
- Troubleshoot test failures and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Validate data flows, segmentation logic, and real-time personalization triggers.
- Contribute to performance and load testing initiatives for campaign and decisioning services.
- Contribute to QA documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
- Manage day-to-day activities in alignment with our risk culture, risk appetite, and limits, ensuring effective communication throughout the team.
- Create an environment that promotes effective and efficient operations, ensuring compliance and risk management.
