Your Impact
- Lead project and functional environments, plan and assign broad objectives, and ensure implementation through direct reports.
- Develop strategic direction, provide vision and leadership, and foster leadership development.
- Manage a leadership team, typically through managers or senior managers.
- Provide expert technical guidance on new ideas and major customer projects.
What the Role Offers
- Apply expertise across large business segments, with extensive industry knowledge.
- Deep understanding of IT systems such as network architecture, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and databases; analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Support and innovate existing products with cross-functional teams, requiring strategic thinking, customer understanding, and leadership skills.
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience across multiple business units.
- Strong influencing skills for internal and external interactions.
- Experience managing multiple departments or regions, including planning, staffing, and budgeting.
- Supporting cloud operations in 10+ data centers worldwide, supporting over $200M in revenue.
- Leading a global team of 40+ in regions including Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America.
- Experience with cloud migrations, especially into AWS and GCP.
