A dynamic and forward-thinking law firm in downtown Toronto is seeking a Junior Securities Lawyer to join its collaborative team.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and professional, with strong communication skills and a passion for securities law. In this role, you will:
- Draft and review legal documents
- Conduct due diligence
- Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies
- Participate in meetings and negotiations
- Perform legal research
- Coordinate transaction closings
- Support a variety of corporate and securities matters
