South-East Ottawa Community Health Centre (SEOCHC) is a non-profit, community-governed organization that provides a wide range of multidisciplinary services, including primary care, health promotion, social services, community development, home support, and advocacy to address the social determinants of health. We focus on improving the health and well-being of people in South-East Ottawa, especially those who face barriers to accessing care. Our service delivery model is based on shared commitment to equity and social justice, whole person health, community collaboration, heart-driven integrity, and evidence-informed excellence.
Our talented and passionate team at SEOCHC makes a real and tangible impact on the lives of community residents. We collaborate to deliver best-in-class care and are expanding our Primary Care team. We are currently inviting applications for a 0.7 FTE Family Physician (25 hours/week). We welcome proposals for alternative work arrangements, such as job sharing or divided part-time schedules (e.g., 3 and 2 days per week). Please specify your preferred schedule in your application.

What You Bring :
- Licensed to practice as a Family Physician by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
- Experience in primary care with a strong understanding of community health and social determinants of health.
- Commitment to working with diverse, multicultural populations, including newcomers, uninsured individuals, and those with complex needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; proficiency in French and/or other community languages (e.g., Arabic, Somali) is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse interprofessional team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including on-call rotations.
- Successful completion of a Police Record Check and proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
