We are seeking another highly motivated Team Lead / Jr Project Management Consultant. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of SAP projects, maintaining high standards of project execution, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement project management strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead the project team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define project priorities and resource allocation.
Project Management
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple SAP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Client Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Conduct regular project reviews with clients, providing updates on progress, challenges, and successes.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SAP project management.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the project management team.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a team lead or project management role, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership role within an SAP consulting environment.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects.
Strong understanding of SAP technologies and solutions.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
