We are seeking a results driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. Based from our Ballycoolin Depot, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships and promoting our range of equipment rental solutions.
What You Will Do
- Identify and target potential customers within the construction, events, and industrial sectors from our extensive portfolio of equipment specialising in Powered Access, Lifting Equipment, Forklifts, Generator Hire along with Welfare and Cabin Hire.
- With the support of the Regional Sales Manager, develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximise depot revenue.
- Conduct site visits and consultations to understand clients’ requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the depot manager and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and project execution.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using our CRM system.
What You Will Need
- Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of hire equipment in our industry and their applications would be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Salary: €50K+, OTE bonus
