Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant, Level 3 for one of our key government clients.
Candidate MUST have the following:
- A valid security clearance at the level of Secret;
- Completed two (2) years of post-secondary education (university or college);
- A minimum ten (10) years of experience as an Organizational Change Management Consultant on projects involving transformation, including supporting the implementation of process changes, people changes and technology changes;
- A minimum five (5) years of experience in the last ten (10) years implementing Organization Change Management Strategies and Plans that maximize employee adoption of organization and process changes and minimize the resistance to change;
- A minimum five (5) years of experience in the last ten (10) years implementing training plans related to IT projects;
- A minimum three (3) years of experience in the last five (5) years implementing change management strategies in support of Microsoft Dynamics systems implementation; and
- Holds a PROSCI certification as a change practitioner.
Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:
- Delivery and facilitation of training sessions to users; and
- Holds relevant certifications including any recognized certification in Change Management, Agile Scrum, Project Management, E-Learning, or Lean Six Sigma.
