Ideal Location of Candidate: Greater Vancouver Area
Travel expectations = 40%
*If candidate is outside of Canada West District, then only candidates from Greater Toronto Area will be considered; expectation here will be 70% traveling until mid-Q1, followed by relocation requirement to Greater Vancouver Area.*
As our District Vice President , you willsuccessfully drive the total business operations (including sales and operations for service, construction, and modernization business lines) for your geography while working in collaboration with your reports, customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounded by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.You will bring a visionary mindset as you drive success through a clear roadmap with your GMs/Regional Leaders aligned with KONE’s strategy – this includes risk taking and remaining open to learning as continuous changes present themself.
You willbring10+ years of progressive and successfulleadership experience with relevantservice expertise in a consultative selling environment as well as leading a union represented workforce. You will usethe knowledgegained through your bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or related field. MBA or MSc is Preferred.

The hiring range for this role in Delta/Kelowna/Regina/Victoria/Winnipeg locations are $205,900.00 – $283,100.00 CAD.The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
We will also consider candidates in the following areas. Below are the different ranges applicable to those locations:
- Calgary/Edmonton are hiring range: $222,400.00 – $305,800.00 CAD
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
