Position Description
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our office in Markham, ON.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
- Experience in the Canadian P&C insurance industry
- 7+ years experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, App Engine, etc.)
- Experience with platform support, minor enhancements, and change projects
- Commercial Insurance domain experience
- Experience in Agile methodology & JIRA
- Above-average communication and collaboration skills to operate in a multi-team environment
Nice to have skill & Experience:
- Relevant ServiceNow Certification
