We are inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Service Now. In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high-quality solutions, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage our Snowflake data warehouse.
- Establish best practices for the efficient use of Snowflake with tools like Airflow, DBT, and Spark.
- Assist with testing and deploying data pipelines using standard frameworks and CI/CD tools.
- Monitor query and data load performance, performing tuning as needed.
- Support QA & UAT phases to confirm issues and determine root causes and resolutions.

Minimum Qualifications
- BE/B Tech/MCA
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Experience as a software developer and in ServiceNow development
- Knowledge of database development, software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and SDLC
- Ability to gather requirements and create solutions independently
- Effective communication across time zones
- Experience with agile practices, data modeling in ServiceNow, and working with ITAM and Snowflake
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations in complex environments
