You Are:
An experienced Oracle Technical & Integration Lead with proven experience overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle applications, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. You have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
The Work:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for connecting Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
  • Oversee the integration of applications with existing systems and third-party tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal application performance.
  • Manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance through testing and debugging.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

    • Here’s What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years leading large-scale Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) projects.
  • Oracle EBS technical experience in integration/development with Oracle SaaS applications i.e. Financials & Procurement will be preferable. Experience working with complex enterprise applications, preferably in an ERP environment such as Oracle Cloud or Oracle e-Business Suite 12.1/12.2 or PeopleSoft.
  • Experience working with one or more of the following application technologies, tools and frameworks: APEX, OAF, Oracle Workflow, JDeveloper, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), Oracle HDL (HCM Data Loader), FBDI, BPEL, SOA, and Web Services.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and other enterprise systems.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, stepping in to solve problems directly when needed.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage with multiple teams effectively.
  • Ability to manage and contribute to team decisions while fostering a positive team environment.
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.

    • Bonus Points If:

  • MBA and/or Oracle Certified
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and CSS
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, stepping in to solve problems directly when needed.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage with multiple teams effectively.
  • Ability to manage and contribute to team decisions while fostering a positive team environment.

    • Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that
    may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
