The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager, Financial Reporting, to join our team, someone who brings deep expertise in financial reporting and a passion for helping customers succeed.

This is not a generalist CSM role; we’re specifically looking for someone with a background in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance. You must be confident working with financial statements, reconciling reports, and speaking the same language as controllers and CPAs. Bonus points if you’ve worked with tools like Power BI, as many of our customers rely on data visualization to understand and act on their reporting.

You’ll support customers and your team of CSM’s, with advanced reporting support. Acting as the bridge between our platform and the customer’s finance,and internal teams, you’ll help them navigate reporting tools, solve data issues, and get the insights they need to run their business effectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with customers, focusing on understanding their business goals and reporting needs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers’ finance teams, including CPAs and controllers
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and escalate product bugs or limitations with clarity and context
  • Guide customers in configuring reports, reconciling data, and understanding system outputs
  • Partner with our Product and Support teams to advocate for improvements based on financial user needs
  • Proactively identify opportunities to educate or guide customers toward best practices
  • Contribute to internal documentation, training materials, and team knowledge related to reporting features
