Job Description Summary
The objective of this role is to actively partner with the business to understand their strategic priorities and work to identify ways that TGS can support and advance those objectives. Primary responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with the Integrated Supply Chain leadership to plan new initiatives, evaluate proposals, and align them with roadmaps and priorities.
- Develop strategies for deploying and adopting new technology capabilities, services, and solutions across the business and end-customers.
- Collaborate with other TGS Business Partners and Core Areas of Delivery to ensure solutions are aligned with BD’s enterprise roadmaps.
- Stay informed about industry trends to build knowledge and improve existing investments.
- Measure and communicate the value of initiatives periodically through defined metrics and analysis.
- Manage project progress, conduct analyses, and communicate solutions effectively, including managing escalations and risks.
- Serve as a continuous connector, focusing on partnership, facilitation, and process improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will have strategic understanding, experience in business and technology, strong relationship skills, and solution-oriented mindset.
Additional Requirements
- Proven experience with Supply Chain Planning technology, especially ERP/Planning software.
- Experience with Kinaxis implementations, including configuration and customization.
- Ability to manage teams and collaborate on Kinaxis projects.
- Skills in sizing efforts, providing guidance on solutions, and understanding system architecture.
- Ability to influence organizational silos and align long-term visions.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex challenges.
- Leadership qualities to influence stakeholders and manage change initiatives.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement, project management, and working in matrixed organizations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, humility, and creativity.
- Ownership mindset and experience in technical and customer service is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Master’s preferred.
