Responsibilities include:
- Managing 1 to 2 points of sale within the Resort.
- Personalizing customer relations to optimize turnover through welcoming, needs identification, and quality advice.
- Being responsible for merchandising, acting as a Brand Ambassador for Club Med products.
- Monitoring and coordinating store performance indicators (KPIs, sales, inventory, etc.).
- Creating traffic through event setup in the Resort.
- Coaching and motivating the team daily, fostering sales, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
- Developing team skills via assessments, training, and career development opportunities.
