We are seeking a Senior Workday Security and Integrations Specialist to join our TYLin team!
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Champion the HR Digital strategy and Roadmap, driving global HR Digital transition and transformation.
- Oversee the implementation of Workday across the Americas, LATAM, Europe, and APAC regions.
- Partner with internal Shared Services (Finance, IT, Marketing, Legal) and Business leaders to deliver Workday functionalities aligned with the roadmap.
- Manage PAY, ABSENCE/TIME OFF, and ADVANCE COMPENSATION within Workday.
- Configure and support HCM, Payroll, Absence Plans, and Advance Compensation modules, including impact analysis and testing for HR initiatives and system upgrades.
- Advocate for HR systems, processes, and data standards, influencing and educating stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a central HR data infrastructure to support global People Analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with business users on strategies to improve efficiencies through automation and process optimization.
- Enhance employee experience through digital solutions.
- Support the recruitment and development of HR Tech team members to strengthen capabilities.

- Experience implementing enterprise-wide HR digital initiatives in complex global organizations, particularly in early to mid-stages of digital transformation.
- Experience working with external technology partners, overseeing consultants, and ensuring delivery aligns with HR strategy.
- A transformational mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable change.
- Strong big-picture thinking complemented by attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to advise on technical decisions leading to measurable business improvements.
- Experience with Workday, collaborating across functions and countries.
- Workday experience is a requirement.
Experience and Education
- At least 3 years’ experience with Workday, focusing on Integration and Security; Payroll experience is a plus.
- Experience with cloud integrations with benefits providers.
- Degree in a STEM or HR-related field.
