Are you passionate about helping others navigate major life transitions? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment? We’re looking for a Relocation Advisor to support Government of Canada employees and their families through every step of the relocation process.
In this meaningful role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for transferees, providing support via phone, email, chat, and video. From explaining policy and processing expenses to guiding clients through the logistics of moving, you’ll play a vital role in making relocations as smooth and stress-free as possible.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting transferees through scheduled planning sessions and ongoing communication
- Managing relocation expenses and reviewing claims
- Providing guidance on policy, process, and entitlements
- Maintaining detailed records in client files
- Performing administrative tasks to support the Contact Centre

- Strong customer service and communication skills across multiple platforms
- Experience in fast-paced, client-facing environments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A self-starter with initiative and a problem-solving mindset

Must Haves
- Enhanced Security Clearance eligibility (residing in Canada minimum 5 years)
- Bilingual French and English is required
- Minimum 1 year experience in a call centre enviroment
