The Opportunity

We are seeking a bilingual (French/English) Manager or Principal Consultant specialized in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to join our HR technology practice. This role is suited for someone capable of leading complex implementations, influencing key stakeholders, and delivering high-impact solutions. You will support clients throughout the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central project lifecycle, from strategy to post-deployment optimization.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, people, and business. You will help clients modernize their HR operations with confidence, expertise, and collaboration.

Main Responsibilities

Client Leadership and Strategy

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders to define transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Facilitate bilingual client workshops to translate strategic goals into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
  • Guide decisions related to process optimization, data governance, and HR architecture.

Implementation and Integration

  • Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central across various sectors and geographies.
  • Oversee configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other HR systems and third-party applications.

Solution Ownership and Innovation

  • Maintain solution integrity across configuration, integration, data strategy, and reporting.
  • Introduce best practices and innovations from the SAP world.
  • Promote continuous improvement in system design, user experience, and HR analytics.

Program Delivery and Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align delivery with organizational goals.
  • Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor delivery teams in onshore/offshore models.
  • Foster growth and accountability through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Change Management and Adoption

  • Collaborate with change management teams to ensure successful adoption.
  • Lead co-creation sessions to design user-centered solutions.

Skills and Qualities

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Experience in team leadership and management.
  • Proficiency in data migration, system configuration, and integration.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in IT, HR, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 8 years in HR technology consulting, with specialization in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong executive presence and facilitation skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in complex environments.

Additional Assets

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
  • Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (Compensation, Talent, Learning, Recruiting).
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM or WorkForce Software.
