The SAP Engagement Director oversees projects within an industry vertical for specific customers. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Vice President of Delivery and the sales team to provide delivery expertise, assist in estimating project timelines and budgets, identify and manage Syntax resources for RFP responses, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular client follow-up.
