Key Responsibilities
- Engage in ongoing personal development education and self-growth to continuously improve your mindset and skills
- Participate in weekly leadership training calls via Zoom, connecting with a dynamic, supportive team
- Design and place targeted ads on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and offline marketing channels to generate qualified leads and inquiries
- Proactively call and interview potential candidates to identify motivated individuals ready to grow
- Leverage the latest AI technologies and digital marketing tools to attract and nurture high-quality inquiries
