What is the role?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of IBA to lead our US IBA team in a critical leadership role. This position is pivotal in ensuring the effective administration and clearance of the US IBA portfolio. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and expert guidance to a team responsible for key financial processes including cash reconciliation, funding investigation, and aged ledger clearance.

What will you be doing?

Planning & Reporting

  • Develop and agree on operational plans to meet the needs of the Operating Entity.
  • Lead assigned projects and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
  • Represent the department in internal project groups and working parties.
  • Provide relevant management information and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Monitor and ensure all IBA KPIs remain on track to meet agreed targets.
