REAL (Regina Exhibition Association Limited) is seeking a visionary, results-oriented executive to join our leadership team as Vice President Revenue, Experience & Event Delivery (VP, REED).
This is a high-impact role for a dynamic leader who thrives at the intersection of business growth, guest experience, and event delivery. You will guide a multi-disciplinary portfolio spanning operations, events, sponsorships, marketing, tenant relations, and food & beverage partnerships – shaping the full lifecycle of experiences across one of Canadas most dynamic event campuses.
What Youll Do:
-Drive strategic revenue growth through events, sponsorships, guest services, rentals, and premium offerings
-Provide strategic oversight of venue and service operations
-Lead the end-to-end event experience
-Oversee the operational readiness and long-term infrastructure planning
-Oversee REALs corporate sponsorship and partnership strategy
-Guide the marketing and guest engagement strategy
-Foster strong tenant relationships and oversee REALs approach to long-term campus partnerships
-Manage the Levy/Compass Group partnership
-Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and IT

What You Bring:
-A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in events, venues, hospitality, marketing, or experiential brand strategy
-Proven success in driving revenue, leading cross-functional operations, and delivering standout guest experiences
-Strong track record building and mentoring high-performance teams across diverse business units
-Financial and strategic acumen, with experience overseeing large budgets, capital projects, venue operations, and key partnerships
-Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to lead in high-visibility, high-stakes environments
