Job Title: Director, Technical Program Manager (Contact Centre Transformation)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) 3 days onsite
Employment Type: Contract (4 months, extendable)
About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale global contact centre transformation with our client in the financial services industry. This role will partner with senior IT and Operations leaders to shape the future of customer and contact centre experiences. You will work cross-functionally with business teams and strategic vendors to deliver innovative solutions using modern platforms and emerging technologies, including AWS, Genesys, MS Teams, and Generative AI.
What You’ll Do
- Lead program management of a multi-year contact centre technology transformation.
- Manage and coordinate technical sub-workstreams across initiation, development, and implementation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define and deliver a global roadmap.
- Develop executive-level presentations and updates, highlighting risks, issues, and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, technical architecture, and communication.
- Partner with global teams across multiple time zones to ensure successful outcomes.
What You Bring
- Strong program management, change management, and executive communication skills.
- High proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Business acumen to work seamlessly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to collaborate with global teams, including Asia-based colleagues.
Nice to Have
- Experience with PowerBI, SharePoint, and other program management tools.
- Integration of business and technology teams in complex environments.
- Awareness of emerging contact centre technologies.
- Experience working with distributed global teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
