The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Bar Manager who will lead our bar program while also working alongside the team. In this role, you’ll:
– Oversee bar operations, including cocktail development and inventory.
– Support, train, and motivate staff to maintain strong service standards.
– Take an active role behind the bar, especially during busy shifts.
– Contribute to growing Gitano’s reputation as a go-to spot in Davie Village.

– Hands-on leadership — you’re comfortable managing and jumping behind the bar.
– Strong hospitality skills — you know how to make guests feel welcome.
– Creativity — you enjoy developing drinks and keeping standards fresh.
