We are seeking a driven and capable Electrical Project Manager to support the development of multiple data center projects for top technology clients worldwide. This client-facing role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, the ability to self-direct, represent clients, and demonstrate strong project management fundamentals. Managing multiple projects across regions with a background in data center development, design, engineering, controls, and operational requirements is highly desirable.
You will play an integral role in mentoring staff, forming long-term client relationships, and pursuing new work through strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities
- Utilize modern project management techniques within complex, multi-functional organizations; understand engineering, design, procurement, contracting, safety, construction, and commissioning.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships; communicate effectively with technical and management personnel.
- Develop and implement best practices to identify cost-effective engineering solutions.
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget; report on progress.
- Oversee project work from start to closeout, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for management updates.
- Conduct forensic analysis of building systems to improve performance.
- Research new technologies and assess their integration into projects.
- Serve as the single point of contact for project development and delivery.
- Vendor management and contract compliance, including oversight, scope review, and performance management.
- Review project plans, requirements, and specifications; prepare RFPs and project approval documents.
- Coordinate with contractors to establish schedules; facilitate meetings and maintain records.
