About the Role
We are looking for an innovative Engineering & Tech Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance our fulfillment operations and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product roadmap for our proprietary fulfillment technology platform
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement new features
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across the organization
- Define product specifications and manage the development lifecycle
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain competitive advantage
- Lead integration efforts with various platforms including Amazon Seller Central
- Oversee quality assurance and testing processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience in technology
- Strong technical background with understanding of software development
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and APIs
- Background in logistics or supply chain technology
- Scrum Master or PMP certification
