Responsibilities
- Deliver on key performance indicators and sales targets
- Create an environment where team members feel valued, can grow, and function well as a team
- Be the face of the store in the community
- Develop referral relationships, execute promotions, and ensure top-of-mind awareness for Mobile Klinik
- Lead the team on the customer journey by ensuring best-in-class repair, care, sales, and services
- Develop expert-level knowledge and lead the execution of store processes, policies, and procedures
- Manage inventory, including receiving and ordering parts and products, including Certified Pre-owned phones and accessories
