POSITION:
You will be part of a cross-functional engineering team as a Jr. Process Designer (/Engineer if you hold a P.Eng.). You will develop and deliver conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design packages through to CQV for GMP-compliant integrated process equipment and unit operations used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
SUMMARY:
Working under the guidance of a senior engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Design Basis Development
- Process Alternatives Evaluations
- User Requirement Specifications (URS)
- Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
- Process Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
- Process Integration of Unit Operations
- Equipment Plot Plans and Layout Drawings
- Equipment Sizing and Specification
- Commissioning & Qualification Protocol Development and Execution
