This role offers the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) while contributing to advanced AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI models that address complex business problems. The position involves analyzing large datasets, guiding junior team members, and influencing data-driven decision-making across the organization. Accountabilities
- Build and implement machine learning models, analytics, and AI-driven features to solve business challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage data for strategic business insights
- Apply statistical analysis, data mining, and visualization techniques to derive actionable outcomes
- Guide and mentor junior data scientists, sharing best practices in AI, ML, and data science methodologies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data science processes, ensuring scalability, reliability, and accuracy
- Support project planning, execution, and delivery of AI solutions, aligning with business objectives
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and collaborate on complex projects
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing projects, customer relationships, or guiding cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
