Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts from Dubai, focusing on building an AI-native global brand. This full-time role offers relocation support and visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit influential organic publishers, review sites, and content creators in the US and Canada.
- Own and strategize the US growth channel, managing budgets and P&L independently.
- Forge deep, strategic partnerships to drive revenue and brand growth.
- Utilize native AI tools to automate tasks and optimize partnership strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business partnerships within e-commerce and D2C sectors, with US and Canadian market experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Proven track record of building strategic relationships and exceeding ROI targets.
