Job Description
The Inventory Lead ensures the inventory moves in, out and around the store efficiently and accurately. You keep our customers and store Associates happy by contributing to the orderly operations of the store, and getting merchandise to the right place as expeditiously as possible using our intelligent inventory routing and tracking systems.
Critical Functions
As Inventory Lead you will execute the following activities:
- Reception: Unpack, scan backstock, steam if applicable, and place merchandise on sales floor expeditiously, according to company standards.
- Ship from store: Execute the daily pick and pack process to fulfill online order according to company standards, and ensure sufficient supplies are on hand to meet demand (bags, boxes, toner, labels, etc.)
- Replenishment: Maintain stockroom inventory accuracy in iPad application and use our Stock Replenishment Solution to conduct daily replenishment of items sold from within the store.
- Markdowns: Periodically adjust ticketed prices for selected merchandise storewide.
