Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Portfolio Manager – IT Operations Specialist (Cloud / Data / Finance / Resource) at Level 10 – Individual Contributor, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This role involves overseeing the operational performance of Data, Cloud, and AI Operations Management, focusing on cloud infrastructure (Azure), data, and AI initiatives. The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency, support IT services, and provide insights through reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate large IT Support and Operations portfolios, ensuring optimal performance.
- Develop and analyze operational metrics; create reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Lead operational meetings, ensuring clear agendas and outcomes.
- Manage major incidents, coordinating response and reviews to minimize impact.
- Design and maintain real-time dashboards for operational metrics.
- Apply ITSM principles and product lifecycle management to optimize services.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT operations, portfolio management, or related roles, with cloud and data experience.
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, data concepts, and AI/ML operational implications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, incident management experience, and knowledge of ITSM frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications like ITIL, COBIT, or Azure are assets.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary ranges from $91,200 to $136,800 CAD, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and development programs.
