Responsibilities

  • Deliver on sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Create an environment where team members feel valued, can grow, and work effectively as a team
  • Be the community face in your store’s area
  • Develop referral relationships, execute promotions, and maintain top-of-mind awareness for Mobile Klinik
  • Lead the customer journey by ensuring top-quality repair, care, sales, and services
  • Develop expert-level knowledge and lead store process execution
  • Manage inventory, including receiving and ordering parts, products, certified pre-owned phones, and accessories
