We’re hiring experienced Billing Specialists with a background in the construction or heavy equipment industry to manage complex, high-volume billing from either their Scarborough or Toronto location. This role ensures accuracy in contract setup, revenue recognition, and customer data—critical to the company’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle billing with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Set up and validate complex contracts in ERP systems for proper invoicing and revenue recognition
