What You Will Be Doing
Your mission will revolve around three core pillars:

Principal Product Manager key responsibilities
Your Toolkit Should Include
- A proven track record of 4+ years steering the ship as a product leader, where you’ve owned the complete product lifecycle – from vision to metrics-driven refinement. We’re talking about full products, not features or internal tools.
- Battle-tested experience in the enterprise software arena, with a deep understanding of how large organizations evaluate, purchase, and implement software solutions.
- A genuine excitement for AI technology and its practical applications in product development, research, and strategy.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The
