Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Toronto, ON for a Landscaper Construction Manager. The Landscaper Construction Manager will oversee daily operations of landscaping construction projects, ensuring that all work is performed to industry standards. Responsibilities include managing construction teams, budgeting, ensuring construction safety, and maintaining project control. The manager will also coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing construction teams
- Proficiency in Budgeting and managing project finances
- Knowledge of Construction Safety practices and regulations
- Experience in Construction project planning and execution
- Abilities in Project Control and maintaining project timelines and quality
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site
- Previous experience in landscaping or construction management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or related field is preferred
