Hybrid – Toronto HQ | Full-Time | Competitive Base + Bonus

This is a high-growth leadership opportunity to build out and lead our Tech-in-Banking vertical from the ground up! You will recruit best in class talent across Project Management, Risk, Data Cybersecurity and Tech Ops for Canada’s Top Banks & Financial Services clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Hire, mentor and coach a high-performing recruitment team
  • Own and grow a 360 desk in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services or Insurance)
  • Develop sales strategies for core accounts (BIG 5 Banks, Credit Unions, Fintech)
  • Design and implement desk-level KPI’s and sales planning
  • Foster and maintain client relationships both in person and via written communication
  • Support key client accounts and strategic hires
  • Act as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on tech-in-banking talent trends and industry updates
  • You will build out and lead a team of 8, drive divisional performance, and help shape the future of the business.
