The Role:
Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Regional Director will oversee multiple residences, ensuring they are the destination of choice for residents and staff alike. You’ll provide strategic leadership to Executive Directors and management teams, driving strong financial performance, outstanding resident care, and an engaging workplace culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor Executive Directors and their teams.
- Drive occupancy growth, optimize revenue, and deliver financial targets.
- Oversee budgets, KPIs, compliance, and risk management.
- Foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support leadership recruitment and development across the region.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years in a senior/regional leadership role in retirement living or healthcare.
- Strong business acumen with proven results in operations and financial management.
- Knowledge of RHRA compliance and relevant legislation.
- Bilingual in English and French (preferred).
