Senior Analyst – Product Advisory
Join the Product Advisory Group and help shape digital solutions at one of Canada’s leading financial institutions! We are seeking a highly curious and analytical Senior Analyst to drive the value of our digital products and optimize service for our clients.
What You’ll Do

Develop and document business capabilities, process flows, and requirements for digital products

Analyze service performance, client feedback, and market benchmarks to recommend product enhancements

Report on KPIs, adoption, and digital transformation metrics for leadership teams

Maintain and enhance knowledge repositories and self-serve tools for internal and client stakeholders

Triage complex production issues and participate in business assessments for client needs
What You Bring

Senior-level experience in analysis, product advisory, or business process roles

Expertise in analytics, documentation, and stakeholder engagement

Strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive, leadership mindset

Bilingualism in English/French a plus

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment
